Setting the table was my job as a child. As my mother got the weeknight dinner ready, I enjoyed adorning the kitchen table with placemats, napkins, napkin rings and different china each night. It wasn’t fancy, but it was a nice way to gather as a family around a decked out table.
Today, I love the same things. Bringing people together for a special experience. Creating spaces that are outside the ordinary. Noticing - and perfecting - the details.
With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve seen it all. So many times, clients are looking for inspiration to help get their vision to come alive, but are stuck on how to actually do that. That’s where I come in – from the first site inspection to the final departures, I will help you execute these creative ideas and help them come to life at your event.
Think of me as your confetti cannon of creative ideas. Stone Hill Hospitality grew out of a love for helping friends plan their events and decades as a catering director. After thousands of hours planning and executing events, I am an expert in the hospitality industry and am your one-stop-shop for event planning in the Washington DC & Baltimore area. I’ve hosted events in nearly every museum in the region, and I know the amazing venues you may not have considered for your events. I solve problems and help create the vision for clients that they couldn't see for themselves.
Every aspect of your event is important to me: catering and menu design, destination management and event space selection, hotel contract negotiation, high-end gifting, vision, and the lasting impression your guests have about your organization.
